CD | Customise branding in Titan Webmail

The Branding feature in Titan Webmail lets you personalise the webmail experience with your company's visual identity. 

In this guide, you'll learn how to access the branding settings, upload a company logo, and customise the webmail color theme. After completing these steps, users across your domain will see a consistent, professional webmail experience that reflects your brand. 

Access the Branding feature 

Admins can set custom branding—including company logos and webmail themes—for all user email accounts. To access the Branding settings, follow the steps below: 

1. Log in to Titan webmail. 
2. Click on the gear icon on the top right side and select Preferences. 
3. Scroll down and select Branding.

Upload a company logo 

Follow the steps below to upload your company logo. Once uploaded, the logo will appear in the webmail interface for all email accounts associated with your domain. 

1. In the Upload company logo section, click Upload. 
2. Select Upload from device. 
3. Select the logo file from your device, then click Open. 
4. Click Save, then click Save changes to confirm. 

Change webmail color theme 

You can customise the appearance of your webmail using the options available in the Color theme section. 

• To choose a preset color theme, follow these steps:

1. Select Choose from our tried and tested themes. 
2. Choose a preset Color theme. 
3. Click Save changes to confirm.

• To create a custom color theme, follow these steps: 

1. Select Create your own custom theme. 
2. Click Side bar or Button to choose their respective colors. 
3. Click Save changes to confirm.
