Configure SSL Settings After Migrating to Our New Email Hosting Platform
After migrating to our latest email hosting platform, secure your emails and connection by encrypting it with SSL security.
To do so, first, we need to access your mail servers where we can do the next step – configure your Incoming and Outgoing mail to the correct mail settings.

How To Access Mail Servers
Follow the steps below to access your mail servers for Macmail or AppleMail, and Outlook users:
If via MacMail or AppleMail
- Click on Mail.
- Select Preferences on the drop-down menu.
- Select Accounts in the pop-up window.
- Select your email in the left-pane of the window.
- Click on the Server Settings tab.
- Under Host Name check the settings for your:
- Incoming Mail Server
- Outgoing Mail Server
If via Outlook
- Open your Outlook then click on File option at the top menu bar.
- Click Account Settings then select Account Settings from the drop-down menu.
- Select your email in the pop-up window then click Change.
- A pop-up window will appear. Under Server Information, check the settings for your:
- Incoming Mail Server
- Outgoing Mail Server
Now that we have located and accessed your Mail Servers on your mail, let’s configure it to the correct mail settings to ensure your email will work properly on all your devices.
How To Configure SSL Settings
Change your current settings and use the incoming and outgoing mail settings below:
- Incoming Mail Server: imap.premium.crazydomains.com
- Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.premium.crazydomains.com
