How To Update Your Notification Preferences
By default, Crazy Domains notifies you of all your Account-related transactions, reminders, and other promotions through your Phone and Email contact details. You can turn your account’s Notifications on and off depending on your preference.
Access your Account Manager and change your Notification settings using the following steps:
- Click Sign Up / Log In at the top of this page.
- Ensure that Account Manager is selected.
- Enter your username and password, then click Log In.
- Click on the Visit My Account button.
- On your Home page, click Edit Profile.
Or, click on your Profile Name beside the Shopping Cart Icon, then select My Profile. - Click on the Preferences tab.
- Under Communication, tick or untick the boxes corresponding to the Phone and Email options you prefer.
Warning: By deselecting all Communication options, you are disabling all Notification services from Crazy Domains and placing your website, domain, and other services at risk. Ensure that you create a reminder of your due dates elsewhere, to ensure that you don’t lose any of your products and services.
- Click on the Save button.
Congratulations! You've just updated your Notification Preferences.
Access Email Notifications via Account Manager
All Account-related transactions and reminders are sent as an Email Notification to the official Email Address registered to the Account. A copy of which is also kept within the Account Manager.
To view your Email Notifications via Account Manager, follow the steps below:
- Click Sign Up / Log In at the top of this page.
- Ensure that Account Manager is selected.
- Enter your username and password, then click Log In.
- Click on the Visit My Account button.
- Click on your Profile Name beside the Shopping Cart Icon, then select Email Notifications from the drop-down list that appears.
Or, click the Edit Profile button on your Home page, then click Email Notifications from the left-side menu. - Narrow-down your search by doing any of the following:
- Enter a keyword in the Quick Search box.
- Click the Gear Icon beside it to select the number of Notifications to show per page.
- Click the Date link at the top of the column to select a specific year.
- Click on a Notification Subject to open it.
Congratulations! You've just viewed your Notifications via your Account Manager.
