How To Set Up Email Exchange With Outlook 2019

Setting up an Email Exchange account with Outlook will allow access to your Emails, Contacts, Calendars, and Tasks and it is now easier to set up with Outlook's latest version - the Outlook 2019. In this article, you will learn how to set up your Email Exchange account with Outlook 2019.

How To Set up Email Exchange with Outlook 2019

Once you have established your profile by creating a Mailbox for Exchange, then follow the steps below to set up your Outlook 2019.

  1. Launch the Outlook 2019 application and enter your Email Exchange email address.
  2. Click Advanced options, select Let me set up my account manually, then click the Connect button.

  3. Choose Exchange as the mail server type.

  4. A pop-up window will appear to authorise access to auto-discover set up for Outlook on your behalf, click the Allow button.
  5. Enter your Email Exchange password and click OK, then click the OK button to complete the setup.
 

Your Email Exchange with Outlook 2019 account is successfully set up and is ready to use.
