Set Up cPanel or Plesk Email on Galaxy S23 Email App

This guide will help you set up your Crazy Domains email (cPanel Email or Plesk Email) in your Samsung Galaxy (default) Email application.

Before you proceed, make sure you have:

 

Setting Up an Email Account in Samsung Galaxy S23 Email App

  1. On your phone, open the Email app.

  2. Select Other.

  3. Enter the email address and the password in the fields provided, and then click Manual setup.

  4. When the Select account type window pops up, choose between POP3 account or IMAP account.

  5. Enter the Incoming server details based on the account type selected from Step 4.

    NOTE: Replace yourdomain.tld with your actual domain name.

     

    IMAP ACCOUNT SETTINGS

    Incoming Mail Server
    mail.(yourdomain.tld)
    Port
    143, or 993 (if you will enable SSL/TLS settings)
     

    POP ACCOUNT SETTINGS

    Incoming Mail Server
    mail.(yourdomain.tld)
    Port
    110, or 995 (if you will enable SSL/TLS settings)

    NOTE

    • Select SSL from the dropdown as the Security Type.
    • Toggle the Require authentication to send emails switch.

  6. Enter the Outgoing Server settings.

    NOTE: Replace yourdomain.tld with your actual domain name.

     

    IMAP ACCOUNT SETTINGS

    Outgoing Mail Server
    mail.(yourdomain.tld)
    Port
    25, 587, or 465 (if you will enable SSL/TLS settings)

    POP ACCOUNT SETTINGS

    Outgoing Mail Server
    mail.(yourdomain.tld)
    Port
    25, 587, or 465 (if you will enable SSL/TLS settings)

  7. Click Sign in.
     

    IMPORTANT

    • Select SSL from the dropdown as the Security Type.
    • Toggle the Require authentication to send emails switch.

NOTE

  • Give a little time for your messages to completely load as you may not immediately see them after setting up your email account.
  • Send a test email to check if the setup is successful.
