Set Up Email Exchange in Android Gmail App
This guide will help you set up your Crazy Domains Exchange Email on the Gmail app on your Android phone.
Before you start the setup process, ensure that you have:
- downloaded and installed the Gmail app on your phone.
- created your email account already. See our guide on how you can create an email account.
- tried accessing the email via webmail and confirmed that sending and receiving are working.
- a stable internet connection.
- your email address and password handy.
Setting Up Email Exchange in Gmail App
- Open the Gmail app on your Android phone.
- Tap Add an email address if it’s your first time using Gmail.
Otherwise, tap your profile on the top-right corner and select Add another account.
- From the Set up email list, tap Exchange and Office 365.
- Enter your email address and tap Next.
- Enter your password, then tap Next. Wait for your account to verify the information.
- Once the setup is successful, you’ll see the “Your account is ready to go!” prompt. Tap Done to proceed with checking your emails.
- Tap TAKE ME TO GMAIL, and you are now all set.
NOTE
- Allow some time for your messages to completely load, as they may not appear immediately after setting up your email account.
- Send a test email to ensure the setup is successful.
