Set Up Email Exchange in Outlook for iOS

This guide will help you in setting up your Crazy Domains Email Exchange account in the Outlook for iOS app on your iPhone or iPad.

Before you proceed, make sure you have:

• downloaded and installed Outlook for iOS app on your phone.
• created your email account already. See our guide on how you can create an email account.
• tried accessing the email via webmail and confirmed that sending and receiving are working.
• a stable internet connection.
• your email address and password handy.

Setting Up Email Exchange in Outlook for iOs

1. Open the Outlook app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap Add Account.
3. Enter the email address you wish to set up, then tap Add Account.
    
   
    
4. Input your password and provide a preferred description, then click Sign In. Wait for Outlook to verify your settings.
    
   
    
5. Choose Add if you want to add another account. Otherwise, tap Maybe Later to proceed with checking your emails.
    
   
    
6. For first-time users, a prompt will ask you to set your notification preferences:
    

   Enable Notifications   Select No Thanks if you prefer not to receive notifications about incoming emails. Select Turn On to receive notifications about incoming emails.

    

   Outlook Would Like to Send You Notifications   Select Allow to receive notifications with alerts, sounds, and icon badges. Select Don't Allow to opt-out of receiving such detailed notifications.

   
    
7. You will now be directed to your inbox. Allow Outlook some time to download all your messages.
