How to change the Billing Contact information

The Billing Contact is responsible for all billing relating to a domain name or product. You can change the Billing Contact information by following these simple instructions:

  1. Click Sign Up / Log In at the top of this page.
  2. Ensure that Account Manager is selected.
  3. Enter your username and password and click Log In.
  4. Click on the Visit My Account button.
  5. Navigate to the product that you want to change the Billing Contact information for using the menu at the top of the screen.
  6. Choose the product that you want to change and scroll down to the Administration section.
  7. Hover your mouse over the Billing Contact and then click Modify.
  8. Make the required changes to the address and contact information and then click the Update button.

Congratulations, you have changed the Billing Contact information.
