How to setup your Reseller Account

Before getting started, there are a few account matters that need to be completed. This guide will help you get you started.

First, you will need to make sure the details on the contact information are correct.

Updating Your Contact Information

Update your contact information by following the steps below:

  1. Using your chosen browser, navigate to the following address: http://www.secureapi.com.au/reseller
  2. Enter your Reseller Account username and password and click Log In.
  3. At the upper right hand of the page, click on your account name initials or the [v] arrow symbol beside it, then select Account Profile.

  5. On the CONTACT INFORMATION section, click on the blue UPDATE option found on the right.
  6. Ensure that the Account Contact, Account Owner, Notifications & Reports, and Security details are correct then click Save.

Congratulations! You just updated your contact information.

Next, you also need to ensure that your bank details and tax rate, the rate at which your clients will be charged, are valid and accurate for processing the withdrawal of Account Credit.

Note: Incorrect bank information provided will lead to rejected transfers and incur bank charges as also stated in our Terms of Service.

Updating Your Banking Details

Update your banking details by following the steps below:

  1. Using your chosen browser, navigate to the following address: http://www.secureapi.com.au/reseller
  2. Enter your Reseller Account username and password and click Log In.
  3. At the upper right hand of the page, click WITHDRAWAL, beside DEPOSIT. The same option is also found under the Finances tab.
  4. Under Type, select Single Payment, Single Payment (All Earnings), or Automatic Payment.
  5. Under Pay To, choose Bank Account, and enter the required details.

  7. Once done, click Submit Request.

Congratulations! You just updated your banking details.

Updating Your Tax Information

Update your tax information by following the steps below:

  1. Using your chosen browser, navigate to the following address: http://www.secureapi.com.au/reseller
  2. Enter your Reseller Account username and password and click Log In.
  3. Under the Account Settings tab, select Storefront. Then from the list under Storefront, click General Setup.
  4. On the CURRENCY & TAX section, click on the blue UPDATE option found on the right to set the following tax information:

Congratulations! You just updated your tax information.

Now that you have ensured all information are correct, you are all set to begin business.
