Renew a Product or Domain Manually

This article explains how to manually renew products and domain names in the Crazy Domains Account Manager. It describes the default automatic renewal setting and provides step‑by‑step instructions for completing a manual renewal, including selecting items, reviewing add‑ons, and processing payment.

Your products and domain names with Crazy Domains are set for automatic renewal by default. We recommend keeping this feature enabled to ensure you won't miss any renewals that will cause interruptions on your products or services. If the Auto Renewal setting is enabled, you don't need to worry about manual renewal. Our system will take care of it.

Review your products and domain names to ensure they will automatically renew to avoid interruptions.

Renew your products manually

Follow these steps to renew your subscriptions manually.

1. Log in to your Crazy Domains Account.
2. In your Dashboard, find the product you want to renew and click on the RENEW button. The My Cart screen will show.
3. Click on GO TO CART and review your order.
4. Click on PAY SECURELY. Addon products will display.
5. Add or remove addons, then click on CONTINUE. Other products that are due for renewal will show.
6. Select other products to renew (OPTIONAL), then click CONTINUE.
7. Enter your payment details and click on COMPLETE ORDER.

NOTE. The renewal option is not available for some domain names until they are due for renewal — within 90 days before the expiry date.
