Set Up Titan Email in Outlook for iOS
This guide will help you in setting up your Crazy Domains Titan Email account in the Outlook for iOS app on your iPhone or iPad.
Before you proceed, make sure you have:
- downloaded and installed Outlook for iOS app on your phone.
- created your email account already. See our guide on how you can create an email account.
- tried accessing the email via webmail and confirmed that sending and receiving are working.
- a stable internet connection.
- your email address and password handy.
IMPORTANT. To set up and access your Titan email on other email clients successfully, you must first enable Titan for third-party apps.
Setting Up Titan Email in Outlook for iOs
- Open the Outlook app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Enter your email address and tap Add Account.
- Tap Not Exchange at the top right corner of your screen.
- Choose Change account provider from the provided options.
- Select IMAP.
- Enter the required details. See the guide below:
Email Address Ensure that you have entered the correct email address
Password Enter the password of the email account you’re trying to set up
Display Name Enter a preferred display name
Description Enter your preferred description (e.g., school, work, personal).
- After entering the details above, enable the ADVANCED SETTINGS option.
- Enter the following data in the respective fields:
IMAP Incoming Mail Server
IMAP Host Name imap.titan.email
Port 993
Security Type SSL/TLS
IMAP Username Your Titan email address
IMAP Password Your Titan email address password
SMTP Outgoing Mail Server
SMTP Host Name smtp.titan.email
Port 465
Security Type SSL/TLS
SMTP Username Your Titan email address
SMTP Password Your Titan email address password
- Click Sign In and wait for Outlook to verify your settings.
- Click on Next > Accept > Continue to Outlook respectively.
- You will be asked to Add another account or Skip. Select Skip.
That's it! You should now be able to view your emails in the Outlook App of your iOS device.
- Give a little time for your messages to completely load as you may not immediately see them after setting up your email account.
- Send a test email to check if the setup is successful.
