Set Up Titan Email on iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch
Setting up your Crazy Domains Titan email account on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch is easy. Follow this guide on how to manually configure it on the Mail app on your iOS device.
Before you proceed, make sure you have:
- created your email account already. See our guide on how you can create an email account,
- tried accessing the email via webmail and confirmed that sending and receiving is working,
- a stable internet connection,
- your email address and password handy.
- The setup interface may vary from one device or iOS version to another.
- To set up and access your Titan email on other email clients successfully, you must first enable Titan for third-party apps.
Setting Up Titan Email on iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Mail, then tap Accounts.
- Tap Add Account, then select Other at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Add Mail Account.
- Enter the required details. See the guide below
Name Enter your name
Email Enter your full email address
Password Enter the password of the email account you’re trying to set up
Description Enter your preferred description (e.g., school, work, personal).
- Tap Next on the top-right of the screen.
- Choose IMAP or POP for your email protocol. Click here to know the difference between IMAP and POP.
- Enter the Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server settings for the account type (IMAP /POP) you've chosen.

Host Name: imap.titan.email
Username: Enter the full email address

Password: Enter your email password - Tap Next and wait while it verifies your settings.
- Tap Save to complete the process.
That's it! You should now be able to check emails in your iPhone's Mail app.
- In case you entered the incorrect email settings, you will be asked to change them. Just enter the mail server and port numbers indicated above.
- Give a little time for your messages to completely load as you may not immediately see them after setting up your email account.
- Send a test email to check if the setup is successful.
