Titan Email Account

Learn how you can create, manage, and delete email accounts in your Titan email control panel. 

 

Access your Titan email control panel

Begin by accessing your Titan email control panel. 

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In your Dashboard, locate your Titan Email product. 

    NOTE. Your products are grouped by domain name. Make sure to go to the specific domain where your Titan Email product is connected.

  3. On the right side of your Titan Email product, click MANAGE
  4. Go to MANAGE EMAILS>Email Accounts

In this interface, you can see the following Titan email account features and functionalities: 

  1. The search bar 
  2. Create new email account button 
  3. Email accounts table

Use the search bar to find a specific email account if you already have a long list of email accounts. 

 

Create new email account button 

Create a Titan email account using the Create new email account button: 

  1. Enter a new email address user in the Email text box. 

    NOTE. Check the Make this email account an admin box, to make the email account as an admin email. An admin email account can add or delete email accounts; manage upgrades and billing; and manage other admin accounts.

  2. Enter your email account password in the Password text box manually, or you can toggle Automatically generate password if you want the system to generate the password for you. 
  3. In the Password recovery email address text box, enter a recovery email address. 

    IMPORTANT. Make sure to use a working email address as your recovery email. Your recovery email will receive the login details of the email account you will create. You will also use the recovery email to recover your Titan email account password if you forget it.

  4. Click Create new account

 

Email accounts table 

You will see all the email accounts you created in your Titan email accounts table including the email accounts information and actions you can perform. 

Column Description

Email

You will see the list of email account users here. Learn more about Titan webmail.

Status

Determines whether the email account is Active or Suspended. 

To lift an account suspension, hover over the Suspended status and click Unsuspend

Usage/Quota 

Displays the quota and available storage space of an email account.

Option button (3-dot button) 

Click this button and perform one of the following actions: 

  • Access Webmail. Click to access Titan webmail. 
  • Reset Password. Click to reset the email account password. 
  • Manage Alias. Click to add email alias. Emails sent to the alias address will be delivered to the primary email account. 
  • Make admin or Disable Admin Rights. Click this to either make the email account an admin or disable admin rights. 
  • Suspend Account. Click to suspend the email account. 
  • Delete Account. Click to delete the email account.
