Who Do I Contact for Reseller Support
If you require support regarding your Reseller Account or your customers, we have a dedicated team of Reseller experts, ready and eager to assist.
We have made it easy for you to contact us should you have any queries by adding the Message/Dedicated Support icon on every page in the Reseller Console. Simply follow the steps below:
- Using your chosen browser, navigate to the following address: http://www.secureapi.com.au/reseller
- Enter your Reseller Account username and password and click Log In.
- Click on the Message/Dedicated Support icon found on the far, right-hand section of the Home Page. You will also find that the same icon is present on every page in the Reseller Console.
- Click on the Phone option to be directly connected to your dedicated account manager’s contact number.
From here you will also find the 24/7 GENERAL SUPPORT option for any other technical queries or you may also submit a support ticket through the EMAIL option and one of the dedicated Reseller managers will reply.
